We ship all Crispio orders pan-India through trusted courier partners. Every jar is packed carefully to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
1. Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver to all serviceable pin codes across India through our courier partners. Deliveries are available to:
- All major cities β Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, and more.
- Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities and towns.
- Remote areas β subject to courier serviceability. If your pin code is not serviceable, we will notify you promptly after order placement and issue a full refund.
We currently do not deliver outside India. For international enquiries, please contact us.
2. Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:
- Delhi NCR & nearby areas: 1β2 business days
- Metro cities (Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune): 2β4 business days
- Tier-2 & Tier-3 cities: 4β6 business days
- Remote / hilly areas: 6β10 business days

3. Shipping Charges
- Orders above βΉ500: FREE shipping
- Orders below βΉ500: Flat βΉ49 shipping charge
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order total after any applicable discounts. The final shipping charge will be displayed before you complete payment.
4. Order Processing
Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays):
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM are typically processed the same day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.
- Processing time is 1β2 business days before dispatch.
You will receive an order confirmation via email and/or WhatsApp once your order is placed. A dispatch notification with tracking details will be sent once the order is shipped.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and courier partner details via email and/or WhatsApp. You can use this to track your order on the courier's website.

6. Failed Deliveries
In the event of a failed delivery attempt:
- Our courier partner will make up to 3 delivery attempts.
- After 3 failed attempts, the package may be returned to us.
- If the package is returned due to customer unavailability or incorrect address provided by the customer, we will contact you. Re-shipping charges may apply.
- If you provided an incorrect delivery address, we are unable to guarantee successful delivery and cannot be held responsible for the loss.
7. Bulk & B2B Orders
For wholesale, distributor, or B2B orders:
- Custom delivery timelines apply based on order volume and location.
- Shipping charges for bulk orders are communicated separately at the time of quotation.
- We offer pan-India B2B supply to retailers, HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants & Cafes), corporate pantries, and gifting companies.
